what happens when we come together as LGBTQ+, queer, and queer-curious people to explore the wildness within and around us?
what does it mean, and how does it feel, to belong - in life, in the world, as part of nature, and amongst other humans?
who am I as a queer being?
join us for a day of curiosity, where we will play with some of these questions.
through sitting together around a fire, listening to a traditional story and time wandering in and with the natural world, we hope to open up to the diversity of life expressions within, amongst and around us.
we want to be curious together, to allow the wildness within ourselves to show the way, lead us off the paths we know, lead us into new, or maybe old sides of ourselves.
we want to listen to the edgy, the vulnerable, the wonky, to allow for the diversity within ourselves to come out, be seen, let ourselves be surprised. maybe to know less than when we came, and maybe to feel a bit more at home in ourselves.
there are many ways to participate, and you decide what you want to share and what you want to keep to yourself.

Iona Dalglish
I am not sure what my relationship to queerness is. I am Anna's partner, so accidentally queer in some way, and feel a little like an imposter using the word. I am a storied being with whole worlds inside me, vast landscapes, filled with all sorts of characters (human and non-human). I am a traditional storyteller, with a special love for stories which explore the relationship between the human and more-than-human beings that shapeshift between them. I facilitate spaces where story, nature, and people enter into conversation.
Anna Irgens-Møller
I am a queer being working in different ways with belonging and connection to ourselves, each other, and the living world around us. through my queerness I find a wild connection to life. through my wild connection to life I find my queerness.
