Wild Being

seasonal celebrations

I long for a culture that is more rooted in the cycles of nature of which we are a part. throughout the year there are multiple obvious times to act on that longing. to slow down and notice what is alive in the nature within and around us, and to celebrate the dance of sun, earth, and moon around a fire in co-creation with other good humans.

in the crazy world we live in, I keep coming back to the importance of focusing on the nourishing, that which gathers and connects. to remember together. to feel that I am not alone. and to create space in me and the communities I am part of to be able to hold both deep grief and ecstatic joy and all the colors in between and around.

through sharing around the fire, paying attention to encounters with the living world around us, and coming together in shared celebration, join me in honouring the cycles of nature that hold and shape us.

next offering: stay tuned
